GENERAL INFORMATION
SparkHaze operates this website. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SparkHaze. SparkHaze offers this website, including all information, tools and services available, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and contributors of content.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any services.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 1: ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are of legal age in your country or region of residence, or that you have given consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using the Service.
SECTION 2: SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We cannot cover your shipment under the following conditions:
- False, incorrect or incomplete address: please make sure your address is correct before completing the payment, if there’s any extra information that we should know, you can send us an email to sparkhazebusiness@gmail.com
- Absent Recipient: all orders are sent via certified mail to the direction you give, information regarding the tracking number and shipping company will be provided. Please be aware of the shipping updates of your order, the estimated waiting time may vary depending on the destination and shipping company.
- Package refused upon delivery: once the package leaves our workshop we won’t be able to do anything more than check the tracking information, if the package is refused at the time of delivery and is shipped back to us, regardless of the reason it will be subject to these conditions.
- Failure to collect from a delivery point (when indicated on the tracking information): we won’t be responsible if the package is not collected on time, as stated in these conditions, we ask our customers to stay informed about delivery updates of their orders.
- "Someone has opened my package": unfortunately it has happened before that a package has been opened and their contents stolen during shipping and transit. As we've mentioned before, we have no control over what happens to our packages once they leave our workshop, beyond monitoring the tracking information. If your package arrived empty we'll need to check for tampering before delivery in order to offer you the gift card option.
- Package is lost: it's unusual for this to happen, as all shipments are sent via registered mail, but in the event that your package is lost and doesn't reach its destination or can't be returned to our workshop, we'll need proof that you've contacted the courier company to find out what happened, as we will contact the courier service too. Once the details have been verified, we can offer you the gift card option.
If the order cannot be delivered and is returned back to our workshop for any of the above reasons, SparkHaze will offer the customer two options:
- Receive a gift card for the amount of the order (minus new shipping costs and return-to-workshop shipping costs): this card can be used in our online store.
- Resend the order: In this case, the customer will be responsible for the costs of the new shipment and the costs of returning the order to the workshop. Our customer service team will provide instructions on how to make the payment.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Returns will not be accepted for:
Custom-made or personalized pieces.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or a gift card for the corresponding amount, depending on the situation.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

SECTION 3: PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Each SparkHaze piece is handmade and unique, meaning small variations from the photos on our site may occur. These differences are not considered defects, but a reflection of the authentic, handcrafted nature of our work.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 4: PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are subject to change without notice.
SparkHaze reserves the right to refuse any order due to availability issues, pricing errors, or incorrect information.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed at our store.
SECTION 5: THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools or links that we neither monitor nor control. Your use of such tools or services is entirely at your own risk.
SECTION 6: USER COMMENTS AND CONTENT
By sending us comments, ideas, or content, you grant us the right to use, edit, and share them without obligation of compensation.
Offensive, defamatory, or illegal content will not be tolerated.
SECTION 7: PERSONAL INFORMATION

Since our pieces are handmade, natural variations are expected and do not constitute defects or grounds for refunds, except in exceptional cases reviewed by our team.
