SparkHaze - Exchanges and Returns
If you wish to return or exchange a product, you can do so up to 14 calendar days after purchase.
RETURNS
Remember to complete the return process within 14 calendar days.
Product Condition: The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. If the product shows signs of use, a refund will not be issued.
Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our offices at their own risk and expense, ensuring it arrives undamaged.
Refund: Only the product price will be refunded; initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders over €70: If you are returning an entire order exceeding €60, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Liability: SparkHaze reserves the right to withhold the refund until the product is received. We are not responsible for packages lost or misplaced during return shipping.
Gift Items: If your purchase included a promotional gift, it must be returned along with the main product. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the total refund amount.
EXCHANGES
If you decide to make an exchange, it must be for an item of equal or greater value.
Price difference: If the exchange is for an item of lesser value, we will issue a voucher with no expiration date for the difference. If it is for a more expensive item, you will need to pay the remaining amount.
Customs: For international exchanges or returns, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
IMPORTANT! For hygiene reasons, earrings (including those included in our gift sets) cannot be exchanged or returned.
DEFECTIVE OR WARRANTY ITEMS
Manufacturing defects: If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Warranty: All our products come with a warranty. However, this warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors (improper care of the jewelry, scratches, loss, contact with abrasive products or perfumes).
